WHAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL
An individual lease provides each resident with
their own separate lease agreement and responsibility for only
their monthly rent installment and applicable utility and parking
charges, if any. By signing an individual lease, you are only
taking responsibility for your rent installment and lease terms and
will not be held liable for any delinquent amounts owed by your
roommates. As a Guarantor, you will only be responsible for the
individual you wish to guarantee payment for.

However, you are ultimately responsible for your lease obligations
until an approved replacement has been found.
DO YOU PRORATE RENT?
